Simulation, Optimization, and Hardware Design
We build simulation software for electromechanical circuits, optimization studies that size a design across its operating range, and the instruments and embedded interfaces that measure the result. All of it is designed and built in St. Gallen, Switzerland, on runtimes and tools we write ourselves and publish in the open.
The loop we build tools for, from the model to the bench and back.
What We Build
Welcome to the Workshop
We write engineering software and are its first user: the instruments and hardware we design are sized and verified with the simulation and optimization tools we write, and the technical record sits beside both.
Each product keeps a narrow job. Shared infrastructure stays explicit and inspectable, down to the test orchestration that runs our own procedures.
All three lines stand on software we write ourselves, and the record documents each of them.
- Simulation
- Electromechanical and circuit simulation, from schematic capture through operating point, transient, and AC analysis.
- Optimization
- Design of experiments and multi-objective studies that size a system across its operating range.
- Hardware Design
- Bench instruments, embedded interfaces, and focused fixtures for measurement and control.

Open Source Efforts
Stokker Technologies publishes the runtimes, tools, and instruments it builds for its own work as open source, under permissive licenses.
The source, the issues, and the history are public, so anyone can read how the work is made, run the same tools on their own bench, and build their own instruments on top of them.
