Struct Estimate

One averaged spectral estimate: a bin step, and a magnitude per bin.

Deliberately not a Spectrum. Welch’s method has no phase to report, and a spectrum carrying an invented zero imaginary part would reconstruct to something that was never measured.

Fields

step: f64

The frequency distance between neighbouring bins, in Hz.

magnitude: Vec<f64>

The amplitude of each bin, from DC upwards.
